When you submit a contact, financing, test drive, service, or vehicle inquiry form, you authorize us to contact you about that request by phone, email, and — if you provide consent — text message.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting to texts (website checkbox, paper form, or verbal consent when contacting the dealership), you agree that Performance Motors of Utah may send SMS/MMS related to your inquiry or transaction, including vehicle quotes, e-signature and payment links, document reminders, transaction updates, and optional feedback requests.

5. Financing and payments
Financing is subject to credit approval and lender terms. Pre-qualification or soft inquiries (when offered) may not affect your credit score; hard inquiries occur only when you proceed with a loan as disclosed by the lender. Online payment links are for amounts you agree to pay and may expire; contact us if you need a new link.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Performance Motors of Utah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or communications. Vehicle sales and service are governed by the written agreements and disclosures provided at the time of transaction.
